3-Day Fast Information
February 11-13, 2026
This February we are extending our monthly 1-day fast,
scheduled for February 13, 2026, into a 3-day fast from
February 11-13, Wednesday through Friday.
Participation is voluntary, as led by The Spirit,
and feel free to modify it for your needs,
i.e. based on medical advice or
your own circumstances.
In general, refrain from eating food from
6am through 6pm on these 3 days.
You can drink plain water, but not flavored or sweetened.
If need to eat food (i.e. medicine requires it), stick to
simple natural foods like fruits and vegetables.
During this time, pray and increase your reading of Scripture.

On the last day, Friday, February 13th,
we will come together at 6pm at
The Anointed Church of Jesus Christ,
6119 W River Rd S, Elyria, Ohio
for final prayer and to break our fast.
Food will be provided.
